Victor J. Bacigalupi

In his position, Victor J. Bacigalupi heads PMI’s legal, human resources, and government relations departments.

Bacigalupi joined PMI in 1996 as a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In 1999, he was promoted to Executive Vice President. He became Chief Administrative Officer in 2005.

Prior to joining PMI in 1996, Bacigalupi was a corporate, securities, and regulatory attorney practicing in San Francisco, California, where he represented numerous public corporations in the financial services and technology sectors.

Bacigalupi is a member of the Board of Regents of John F. Kennedy University.

He holds a B.S. from the University of San Francisco and a J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
